Returns & Exchanges
224 Equestrian ALWAYS stands behind the quality of everything we sell to make sure you’re happy and satisfied with your purchase. Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee.
If you’re dissatisfied with any products you’ve purchased from us you can return your item(s) as follows:
- Items purchased online can be returned online within 30 days of purchase.
- Items purchased using PayPal must be returned online within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
- Items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Free return is available to US domestic shipping only.
- We can not at this time provide return shipping label for international shipping due to high cost of international shipping. Please use the shipping label and keep the tracking number for your records. Drop your return into any US Postal Service box.
- Your refund excluding shipping charge will be applied to the same credit/debit card used for purchase as soon as the return is received by 224 Equestrian.
224 Equestrian has a 30-day exchange policy.
In the event that the style being returned for exchange is no longer available, a product of equal value may be ordered.
We will only honor exchanges for orders placed directly with 224 Equestrian. The product must be unused and unwashed in order to qualify for exchange. We will not honor exchanges for merchandise purchased at outside retail locations. Please contact that store or reseller directly.

- Please indicate your order number.
- Customer pays for the return shipping.
- We will pay for shipping the replacement item (to US domestic address only) upon 224 Equestrian receiving your return.
- We can not provide free International shipping due to high cost of international shipping.
